A visit often starts with a 30-minute one-on-one loc consultation for $30, which covers loc size, parting, lifestyle, hair history, upkeep and hair health. Clients are asked to arrive with hair free of heavy product buildup, and a consultation must be booked before any loc maintenance, repair or extension. Retwists include cleansing, conditioning and retwisting, and are suggested every four to eight weeks.
Some appointments require a non-refundable deposit, which is applied to the service cost: $40 for natural two-strand twists, mini twists with extensions and natural braids, and $20 for relaxing spa head wash. Changes need at least 48 hours' notice, and deposits are forfeited for late cancellations or no-shows. Clients more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment shortened, rescheduled or canceled, and a $20 late fee applies every 15 minutes after the first 15. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000 after approval before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $100, $200, $300 or a custom amount, and sales are final.
