The salon offers tape-in extension installs and full tape-in reapplications, along with K-Tip keratin bond extensions, which are attached one strand at a time. Booking a K-Tip service starts with a consultation, where the number of bonds is decided. Before the appointment, hair needs to be washed, completely dry, and free of oil residue or thick styling products. Extension hair is not part of the appointment and has to be purchased separately by the client.

New clients booking major blonding or extension services are asked to start with a Hair Health Consultation. It is priced from $20 and takes 25 minutes or more, and it looks at hair condition, history and goals before a plan is made. The salon's portfolio shows work including color correction, reverse balayage, color melts, tape-in extensions and fun colors.

The salon offers Buy Now, Pay Later for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. A 50 percent fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment.
