Myofascial Release is the studio's core offering, performed directly on the skin in sessions from 60 minutes to 3 hours, and it is also available in multi-day intensive programs. The studio says the technique is used for conditions including headaches, TMJ, carpal tunnel syndrome, sciatica, and fibromyalgia. Clients wear loose-fitting shorts or a two-piece swimsuit for sessions and should avoid oils and lotions on the day of treatment. First-time clients should arrive ten minutes early to complete health forms.

Facials use Eminence Organic Skincare products, ranging from a 30-minute express facial to a two-hour signature indulgence facial, with an optional myofascial facial add-on that focuses on the face, scalp, and jaw. Eminence facials are described as addressing premature aging, sun damage, hyperpigmentation, acne, and loss of vitality. Facials are recommended every four to six weeks, and the peel is selected at consultation.

Hair removal covers sugaring and waxing across the face and body, and brow and lash tinting is available as well. Sugaring is a natural method using sugar paste, and hair should be at least a quarter inch long beforehand with no oils or creams on the area. Infrared sauna sessions are offered alone, as couples sessions, or added to a Myofascial Release or facial.

Appointments are booked Monday through Saturday, and walk-ins are not accepted. A card is kept on file without being charged at booking. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled without 24 hours' notice are charged the full amount of the scheduled treatment, and changes to a booked service also need 24 hours' notice. If a client is late, treatment is given if time allows and still ends at the original appointment end time.

The studio accepts cash, check, and all major credit cards. It does not accept insurance but provides receipts so clients can file their own claims, and some clients pay with flexible spending cards. Tipping is welcome but not expected.
