Facial and skin treatment options range from an introductory facial and dermaplaning to acne-focused facials, nano and exosome facials, and RevitaLuxe facials. HydraFacials are offered in several tiers, from Signature up to Platinum and Keravive, with the HydraCeutical and Hydra Glow options in between. HydraFacials are offered to men as well as women, and the site suggests many clients book one monthly. Chemical peels use SkinCeuticals products and are followed by a SkinCeuticals biocellulose mask. Microneedling is available in pen and radiofrequency forms, with exosome or growth factor add-ons, and both require a consult at least 24 hours before treatment. Microneedling plans are set at the consult with the Medical Director, and treatments are commonly spaced several weeks apart. The consult fee is deducted from the treatment cost.

Booking is by appointment only, and walk-ins are not accepted. Hours are Monday and Wednesday 9 am to 7 pm, Thursday 10 am to 7 pm, and Friday 10 am to 6 pm, with Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday by appointment. Gift certificates, appointments and consults can be booked online through the Book Now button, and online booking should use the Gloucester Location ONLY menu. Clients unsure which treatment fits can call, text, email or book a consult. A 30-minute virtual skincare consultation is also offered. The business has no receptionist, so clients who need to replenish products are asked to let the salon know. Cancellations need more than 48 hours' notice.

Monthly membership options named Glow, RevitaLuxe and Ultimate Glow are offered for monthly savings. Memberships carry a 99 dollar initiation fee and a 12 month commitment, renew automatically, and must be cancelled in writing 30 days ahead. A membership visit may be gifted once every six months if the member cannot use it. The spa also offers a 10 percent military discount at checkout with valid ID.
