A first visit begins with a complimentary consultation, which is required for first-time clients. It is a one-on-one conversation in which the stylist uses a Style Guide Book to choose lengths, curvatures and lash types. New clients receive 30% off their first lash set, applied at checkout in the studio after they book at the regular price.

Booking requires a credit card. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice by phone to avoid a $25 fee, and a no-show fee of 50% of the service may be charged to the card on file. Clients who arrive more than 20 minutes late may be asked to reschedule and charged 50% of the service. Refills must be booked within 28 days of the last visit; longer gaps are treated as a new set, and refills are not done over extensions applied at another salon, which must be removed before a first full set.

After a set, clients should keep lashes dry for the first 24 hours. For the appointment itself, the salon asks for no makeup on the eyes and no lash curling that day. If a client is not happy with their set, they can contact the salon within 5 days for a complimentary fix. The salon does not offer refunds.

The studio sells extension-safe, water-based mascaras and a longer-life coating that can extend wear between fills.

The salon matches lash length, curvature and type to each client in a consultation, and states that it uses only high-quality extensions and products. It says its extensions are applied by a trained, certified technician for safety.
