Appointments are private and one-on-one. New clients start with the First Time Facial, which is required for all first visits and runs about 1 hour 15 minutes. The Glass Skin Facial is also recommended for first-time appointments and all clients, and it can be extended with dermaplaning, extractions, face sculpting or lymphatic drainage massage as needed.

The menu runs from facials and massage-based sculpting to microneedling and peels. Microneedling is also known as collagen induction therapy. Options include a Micro Needle Facial, a Microneedle with Growth Factors treatment, and a Hair Regrowth Microneedling service that uses AnteAge MD Hair Growth Factor Solution. Enlighten Peel RX MD is a noninvasive peel that includes a first in-office application, home care, and a second in-office treatment, and it has homecare requirements.

Retail products include DMK, AnteAge, Face Reality, Hale and Hush, Skinbetter, and Glymed Plus, sold in store and online. DMK and AnteAge products are limited to current clients through a client portal or password, and AnteAge purchases require a client on file because the business is an authorized retailer.
