Every first visit begins with a consultation, and no treatment is chosen until the options have been talked through. Afterward, clients receive a written plan with pricing and are under no obligation to book treatment that same day. Bookings are confirmed by email and text, and the link in that message lets clients reschedule. Before a procedure, prep instructions arrive in advance, including guidance such as stopping blood thinners when needed.

After treatment the team follows up, sends aftercare instructions and books a review visit to check results. Skin care routines are put together after a skin consultation and matched to skin type and treatment history, using medical-grade products sold in clinic. The practice says its locations each hold five-star Google reviews.

Membership, financing and first-visit savings are part of how the practice works. The VIP Membership starts at $149 per month and requires a six-month minimum commitment; it cannot be combined with promotions. Advanced Rejuvenation and Elite Rejuvenation tiers include percentage discounts on services, products and packages, along with lower per-unit neurotoxin pricing. Cherry financing is accepted at both studios, with 3, 6, 12 or 24 month plans on approved amounts up to $25,000. First-time clients may receive $50 off a first treatment, and new clients may receive $100 off a first Sculptra treatment.
