Visits follow a five-step routine the business calls the Rejuvenate Method: a greeting, guided breathing to ease tension before the first pull, precise work, a check for missed hairs before finishing, and closing words. Clients are offered one esthetician consistently rather than rotating staff. The business says it puts integrity ahead of income and does not pressure clients into extra services.

Brazilian and bikini waxing range from a bikini cleanup to complete hair removal from front to back, and clients can also choose the areas they want removed. Men's waxing covers back, chest, brows, facial grooming and full body work, and men's services are priced the same as women's services. Men's Brazilian starts at $80, which the business attributes to typically denser hair growth. Brazilian (penis) waxing requires a phone consultation for first-time clients. New clients get 50% off a second Brazilian wax booked within 4 to 6 weeks of the first.

Skin treatments include dermaplaning, microneedling, a lactic acid peel, a contouring facial, an anti-inflammatory mask, and rejuvenation face and body treatments that include an enzyme treatment and a hydrating mask. Prices are the same at both studios and are described as transparent. Payment is by major credit cards and cash, plus GlossGenius in Scottsdale and Square in Phoenix. Clients are asked to let hair grow to about 1/4 inch, exfoliate gently one to two days before a wax, and avoid heat, sun and strenuous activity for 24 to 48 hours afterward.
