Every visit starts with a complimentary skin analysis before any treatment is performed. The spa works with radiofrequency, LED, ultrasound, microcurrent, high frequency, galvanic, ionized oxygen infusion, microneedling and HydraFacial technologies, and according to the spa it uses top-quality products.

Peel services include chemical peels and Environ Cool Peel Technology, which the spa describes as working with the skin's own processes.

The spa asks clients to cancel at least 24 hours before an appointment. Cancellations made with less notice, and no-shows, are subject to a 50% fee.
