Every new patient starts with a comprehensive consultation led by Dr. Robledo, where goals are reviewed and skin and concerns are looked at as a whole before a plan is built. Technology-guided skin and body mapping and a physician's visual skin cancer screening are both included at no cost. The consultation fee is credited toward treatment if the patient goes ahead. New patients are asked to arrive with clean skin and no makeup, and to bring a list of medications and past treatments. Several treatments are not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding, so those points are worth raising at the consultation. The practice states it gives honest recommendations, will say when a treatment is not right for someone, and does not upsell or pressure patients. Refine members get 20% off skincare products, 10% off individual services and $3.00 off per unit of neurotoxin. Rejuvenate members receive one complimentary Mini Peel each quarter, which cannot be banked, while Refine members receive one each month. Refine members also get a welcome treatment at sign-up, either a Photofacial valued at $500 or a $400 credit toward Silfirm X RF Microneedling, and can apply wallet credits toward interest-free package payment plans. Members can upgrade during their term by paying the $150 join-fee difference.

It is closed Sundays. Visitors can park for free directly outside the entrance. Inside, there is a reception area with seating, a lounge, a Relaxing Room for use before or after a treatment, and a private treatment room equipped to clinical grade. Driving from Frisco, go north on the Dallas North Tollway or Preston Road, a trip of about 15 minutes. From McKinney, head west on US-380 toward Prosper, roughly 20 minutes. From Celina, travel south on Preston Road, about 10 minutes.

Plans are physician-led from the first consultation through follow-up and built around each patient's goals and timeline. Suitability for any treatment is left to the provider's judgment.
