Every visit is booked by appointment and given one-on-one, in a setting the salon describes as peaceful, relaxed and discreet. A credit card is needed to hold a booking, and charges apply only for cancellation, rescheduling or late arrival. The studio is open Tuesday through Saturday from 10AM to 6PM, takes major credit cards, Apple Pay, Venmo and cash, and is accepting new clients. Hair replacement is the core of the work. Hair systems are attached with medical-grade adhesive or tape, and clients usually wear one three to five weeks between maintenance visits, needing roughly two to ten units a year depending on base type and home care. Micro Lines, a flexible mesh topper bonded to natural hair with keratin attachments, are re-installed every four to five weeks, with a mini service offered in between. Hair extensions are moved up every four or eight weeks, and refusion takes three to four hours.

Beyond replacement, the salon offers cuts, color, foil and balayage for replacement and extension clients, scalp and hair treatments, facials, brow services and makeup. Bridal consultations take place on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, with a non-refundable $100 deposit that can be credited to a package. Securing a wedding date requires a 40% non-refundable deposit and a signed contract. Travel within 20 miles is free, and $1 per mile applies beyond that. A 10% fee applies to bridal bookings on major holiday weekends, and appointments before 8AM carry a $50 per hour early fee.
