The facial menu ranges from a deep pore cleanse for clients 19 and younger to a customized facial with a double cleanse, exfoliation, steam, extractions and massage, plus a men's version. Dermaplaning uses a blade to clear peach fuzz and built-up dead skin, and it can be booked alone as a 45-minute session or combined with a Rezenerate or microcurrent facial. Other options include an oxygen facial with enzyme exfoliation and a microcurrent treatment that works on facial muscles without injections.

The Chemical Peel Alternative is the house signature treatment. It is described as working with the skin's own repair process rather than damaging the skin, and it is not intended for pregnant or lactating women. The Rezenerate Microchanneling Facial infuses treatment through nano needling, which the business presents as an alternative to microneedling with no downtime.

Appointments should be cancelled or moved at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations are charged 25% of the service total and no-shows 50%. A 10-minute grace period applies, and a later arrival is treated as a no-show. For last-minute changes, clients can call or text 614-804-1221. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $150 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.

Treatments are tailored to each client's concerns, with non-injection and no-downtime options available for facial work.
