Visits are by appointment only, and the business asks clients to arrive on time so sessions start as scheduled. The space is calm and spa-like. The menu is built around four facials, from the Honey Enzyme Facial to the Fire & Ice Facial, along with the Hydrafacial in several forms: a signature version, a back treatment, and a neck and decollete option. Hydrafacials can be paired with boosters that include vitamin C, retinol, peptide and hydration options; boosted sessions also include LED light therapy and a hydrating masque. Eye and lip perks use roller-flex technology to cleanse and hydrate those areas.

Chemical peels include a light-depth Perfect Derma Peel, which is open to existing clients only, and an enzyme peel that is added to a Hydrafacial or Foaming Enzyme Facial rather than booked alone. The studio sells the isClinical line for in-store purchase only, and Rejuvenate Member pricing is available to existing clients who rebook every four to eight weeks.

Treatments are tailored to each client, chosen after research and performed with up-to-date equipment. The business aims to offer medical-grade treatments in a relaxed setting.
