A $49 charge reserves each booked appointment and is applied toward services received at the visit, but it is not refunded if a client cancels or does not show. Changes need at least 24 hours notice, and a $49 charge applies to late cancellations or no-shows. General appointments at either office run 1 hour 15 minutes, and follow-up visits for established patients run 45 minutes. Payment plans are available through Cherry, a buy-now-pay-later option with no hard credit checks. Registered patients can use the patient portal for forms, records, appointment requests, messaging and bill payment.
