Visits are by appointment only, and there is no shared waiting room, so each guest has the studio to themselves. Hours are Monday through Saturday, 9:30 AM to 6 PM. A first visit opens with a conversation about skin and goals, and guests don't need to know which treatment they need beforehand. Every facial starts with a skin assessment, followed by a tailored treatment and a home-care plan, and those home-care routines are adjusted at each visit as skin changes with the seasons and with life. Facials are typically booked every four to six weeks, and a single facial before an occasion is also offered. Facial consultations are free. Basic Facial is listed at $85, Skin Type-Based Facial at $90, and the Teens Skin Type-Based Facial at $75.

The studio also offers Thermage FLX, an advanced option that uses non-invasive radiofrequency energy to warm the deeper layers of skin. According to the studio, this supports collagen. No needles, cuts or recovery time are involved, and results appear gradually over two to six months, usually lasting one to two years. Thermage can be used on the eye area, face and body, including the jawline, neck, belly, upper arms and knees. Every treatment starts with a consultation, which clients can book online. Listed prices: the Thermage Half-Face Treatment is $1,500, and the Anti-Aging Thermage Full Face Treatment is $2,700.

PRX Skin Booster is a needle-free treatment applied and massaged in by hand, with no peeling and about 20 minutes per session. It is typically a series of four sessions followed by a maintenance session a few weeks later, and the studio says results after a full series can last up to six months. PRX-S is offered for breakouts and acne-prone skin, with suitability decided at consultation. The studio states that PRX is used in more than 80 countries. PRX-DERM Perfexion is listed at $395 for a single session and $1,300 for a four-treatment series, and PRX-PLUS at $595 per session and $2,400 for five treatments.

CoolSculpting is non-surgical body contouring that uses cooling to target fat cells under the skin. Sessions are usually one to three per area, set at consultation, with results developing over one to three months and no surgery or downtime. Body contouring sessions are listed at $175 per area. Men are welcome for CoolSculpting. Clients who want to protect their skin between visits can buy retail products from Dermalogica and other professional skincare lines, priced from about $24.80 to $133.20. Products are recommended only after a skin assessment and only when a client asks for recommendations.
