Every visit starts with a consultation. Posted prices are starting points, and the final cost can rise with hair length, regrowth, texture, added services and the stylist's experience and skill. Vivid and pastel color, platinum work, advanced or corrective color, extensions and non-surgical hair replacement all require a consultation before booking. Blonding and foil services are long appointments, and the number of sessions needed for a specific result can vary. New clients are welcome. Parking can be validated with the tag number, and stylists can help with validation or extend it.

The menu includes single process and dual technique color, partial and full foil highlights, hand-painted balayage, root touch-ups and glazes. Cut-and-color packages pair several of these with a medium or long haircut. Haircuts range from barber cuts and fades to short precision and pixie cuts and longer advanced cuts. Blowouts, keratin smoothing (a formaldehyde-free protein treatment, not a permanent straightening) and brow services round out the menu.

Booking policies: changes and cancellations should be made at least 24 hours ahead, and late cancellations carry a fee of 50 percent of the total cost. Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may have services honored at the stylist's discretion. Same-day cancellations and no-shows may be asked for a non-refundable deposit toward a future service. Confirmations arrive by text and email 48 to 24 hours ahead, and service adjustment requests must be made within two weeks of the appointment.

The salon bases pricing on hair length and technical difficulty rather than gender, and it starts every appointment with a consultation before any work begins.
