Extensions are the core of the business. Keratin bonds, also called baby bonds, are attached one strand at a time. Combline extensions are very fine strand-by-strand pieces used to fill in thinning areas such as the hairline, crown and part line, and the site describes them as completely undetectable. Weft extensions are offered too, and the first install includes the hair. The Luna Method hidden bead sew-in is the main sew-in option, alongside keratin tips, tape-ins, I-tip beads and other sew-in methods.

On the color side, balayage is placed to suit each client's natural color, and the business uses organic hair color. Other services include haircuts, gloss, base or grey coverage, face frame highlights, lowlights, blonde touch-ups and full blonde color. Puraluxe Keratin Treatment, a low-tox take on the Brazilian Blowout, is also available, as is Hair Loss Solutions, which includes health coaching on lifestyle and hair-care habits and referral to a medical professional for testing or treatment when needed.

A consultation is required before any extension installation, and a deposit is taken at that visit to order hair. If the chosen colors are not in stock, the install is booked for a later date. Clients arrive with clean, dry hair, and when color is booked alongside extensions, the color is done first. Extension requests are answered within roughly 48 to 72 hours, and the business is open Monday to Friday, 10am to 7pm. Afterpay pay-in-4 plans are offered for installations, with the remainder payable by cash or card.

Installations use small, carefully placed sections to spread weight evenly and protect natural hair and scalp, and only organic, low-toxicity color and non-toxic styling products are used.
