Care is offered both in person at the Tarzana office and online. Every online protocol can also be delivered in the office, where patients meet their provider, have biomarkers drawn on site, and can start a protocol the same day. Patients are cared for by the same licensed providers throughout treatment, and the business says its providers keep up with the latest studies and techniques. The business also describes its medical advisory board as experts in health optimization and longevity.

Aesthetic and med spa services are offered at the Tarzana clinic, under the name Annare Aesthetics and as Tarzana Med Spa & Aesthetics.
