Regeneration Pittsburgh was founded in 2017 to help people recover from musculoskeletal pain and injury. It now runs the FLOe brand of physician-led care through three connected pathways, and its founder, Dr. Thomas Burnett, MD, serves as Chief Medical Architect. The practice describes its care as connected and built around a more personal understanding of each person.

The FLOe Method looks at seven connected systems: nervous and hormonal; digestive, microbiome and immune; cardiopulmonary and oxygen delivery; metabolic and cellular entry; mitochondria, energy and redox; clearance and elimination; and myofascial and structural. The Vital FLOe Assessment reviews these systems together, using biomarkers, physiologic testing, body composition, wearable data and lived experience, to identify patterns, strengths and constraints. The first visit starts with what the patient wants to achieve rather than with a set test or treatment.

FLOe Foundation, based in Wexford, begins with a listening, screening and mapping assessment covering range of motion, balance, gait, breathing, load tolerance and compensation patterns. Plans often include home practice between visits, such as breathwork, movement and a walking or loading goal. In-office options include dry needling, trigger point injections, Class IV laser, BEMER and PEMF, and IV vitamins, minerals and NAD+. Procedures such as trigger point injections and hydrodissection are reviewed for benefits, risks, alternatives and aftercare during consent before treatment. Care can be coordinated with fascial specialists, movement professionals, chiropractors or massage therapists, with client permission. A new patient MSK evaluation at Wexford is listed online at $180 for 45 minutes, and an existing patient MSK treatment at $105 for 15 minutes.

FLOe Life is a longitudinal, physician-led internal medicine membership focused on prevention, hormone and metabolic health, body composition and lifestyle change, offered in person or virtually at both locations. The Essential tier is listed at $225 per month, with $175 per month for each additional household member; Elevate is listed at $485 per month, with $395 per month for each additional household member. Membership fees cover evaluation, clinical interpretation, care planning, medical management and follow-up. Laboratory charges, medications, hormones, peptides, supplements, imaging, procedures and specialist services are billed separately, and membership does not replace health insurance, emergency care or hospitalization. A virtual Discovery Consultation with Dr. Abir Senz, an introductory conversation rather than a medical evaluation, is listed at no charge for 15 minutes.

The practice operates on a private-pay basis and does not bill insurance, although HSA and FSA funds can be applied to eligible services. A referral is not required. Both locations take appointments only and ask for 24 hours' notice to cancel. Wexford is open Monday through Thursday, McMurray Monday through Friday, and Friday mornings are handled virtually only.
