Concierge membership begins with an initial physician consultation, in person or by telemedicine, and continues with ongoing in-office or virtual care and follow-up labs. Medications can be delivered to the patient's door. Concierge services also take place at homes, hotels and offices across the greater Las Vegas area, and a nurse can come to a home, hotel or workplace for IV treatment.

The clinic describes its IV approach as delivering vitamins directly into the bloodstream, bypassing the digestive tract, and says it is the only clinic in town mixing its infusions under a sterile flow hood. Vitamin drips are customized, and bio-specific blends can be created on request. Ingredients may vary with availability, and the clinic can confirm the current list. IV pushes take under ten minutes. Ozone IV therapy and a PicoIV CBD option are also offered.

Beyond IV work, the clinic offers cosmetic enhancements such as microneedling with PRP, Skin & Wrinkles treatments and regenerative growth factor facials, along with Hydrafacial skin treatments. Hair restoration covers Alma TED hair loss restoration, regenerative hair restoration and scalp PRP. Some patients may be turned away from IV therapy if they need prior testing or have conditions it could worsen. Most insurance does not cover IV therapy, but superbills are provided for patients who want to submit claims.
