Programs are built around each person's labs, medical history and goals rather than a fixed template, and the physician sets the exact program pricing after evaluation. Clients approve the plan before anything begins. The initial consultation costs $295 and is credited in full toward the first program if the client enrolls.

Regen360 is the clinic's physician-led plan, built around each client's biology, goals and lifestyle. Plans begin with a virtual consultation followed by an in-person diagnostic assessment, and they are offered on a monthly, quarterly or annual basis. Memberships come in Concierge and Premier tiers.

The Beverly Hills office at 8920 Wilshire Blvd, Suite 604, is open 9 am to 7 pm, Monday through Friday. The Santa Monica office at 2811 Wilshire Blvd, Suite 640, runs weekday hours from 9 am to 5 pm. Both locations offer concierge service on weekends. Concierge and in-home treatments cover Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, Brentwood, Pacific Palisades, Malibu and Marina del Rey, while the Beverly Hills clinic also serves West Hollywood, Century City, Bel Air and Mid-City. Telehealth is offered where the physicians hold a license. Cancellations or reschedules require at least 24 hours' notice.

Peptide therapy is physician-supervised, with plans grouped by goal: recovery and repair, energy, sleep and longevity, sexual health, skin and hair, metabolic and weight, and focus and clarity. Formats include injections, capsules, troches, nasal sprays and a needle-free Peptide Patch.
