For loc wearers, the studio offers starter locs in three sizes, retwists, loc repairs, and maintenance for half or full heads. Full loc maintenance includes an apple cider vinegar and lemon juice scalp rinse and a deep cleanse. Kids' loc maintenance is also available.

Treatment options include a scalp detox exfoliation, a steam shampoo, a hair detox, and an enhanced scalp and hair treatment aimed at breakage, shedding, dryness, dullness, or a sensitive scalp. Silk presses, blowouts, coil sets, and perm rod sets round out the styling menu.

Hours run Tuesday from 3 PM to 8 PM, Wednesday from 12 PM to 8 PM, and Friday and Saturday from 9:30 AM to 5 PM; the studio is closed Monday, Thursday, and Sunday. Booking deposits range from $10 to $50 depending on the service, and a 50% fee applies to the deposit card if an appointment is missed without notice. A convenience fee of $35 or more applies to services done outside regular hours, and Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.
