New clients are asked to book a consultation before their first visit. Taylor Manuel owns the studio and works as a licensed nail technician, and Jessica Holland is a licensed cosmetologist on the team. Nail technicians cannot diagnose, prescribe or remove calluses, so the team refers clients to a podiatrist or doctor when a concern needs medical care.

Hygiene is a stated priority. Metal tools are scrubbed, soaked in high-level disinfectant, individually packaged and steam-sterilized in an autoclave. File pads, buffers and cuticle sticks are single-use. Foot basins are cleaned before and after each service, towels are bleached after each use, and gloves are worn during pedicures. The studio foot basin has no jets or filters, and a magnetic propeller moves the water.

Shop products are sold new and made in small batches, and 6% Virginia sales tax applies to them; services are not taxed. Gift cards are sold, and eGift cards come in set amounts or a custom amount and expire 12 months after purchase. Travel appointments are offered away from the studio with a $55 minimum service purchase, a 50% convenience fee, a $20 booking fee per person per appointment, and a charge of $1.00 per mile with a $10 minimum. A valid card must be saved to the client file.

Payment is by debit or credit card, cash, Venmo or emailed invoice; checks are not accepted and a $50 returned check fee applies. Tips are not included in prices. Cancellations with at least 48 hours notice are free, less than 48 hours is charged 50% of the service total, and less than 12 hours is charged 100%. Services are not refunded, but a service issue reported within 72 hours with a photo will be addressed. The studio does not work on enhancements applied by another business or soak off full acrylic enhancements. Children must be supervised throughout appointments. The studio says it follows DPOR rules and regulations, and prices may change without notice.
