The schedule is not open day to day, and appointment days tend to fill quickly. Requests go by email to RefreshByJulie@gmail.com or by text or voicemail at 617-433-8755, and the business replies with availability, though it does not guarantee the requested time. Clients should list every treatment they plan on booking, since appointment length depends on the treatment.

Before treatment, clients are asked to stop blood-thinning medicines and supplements about a week ahead of injections unless a doctor prescribed them, and to avoid alcohol for a day or two beforehand. Botox is not advised during pregnancy or breastfeeding or for people with certain medical conditions, so any conditions must be disclosed first, and Botox is limited to adults over 18. Touch-up visits are not booked until at least two weeks after a treatment, and clients are advised not to have a treatment within two weeks of a major event.

Botox Cosmetic is charged by the unit, and the salon says a typical area usually comes to about $200 to $300. Juvederm XC is $600 per syringe, while Voluma and Vollure are $750 per syringe. Volbella costs $500 per syringe in the .55mL size or $750 in the 1mL size. Prices and availability can change without notice. Guests can pay with most major credit or debit cards, with cash, or with a Refresh by Julie gift certificate. Checks, CareCredit and insurance are not accepted. Treatments cannot be refunded. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice. After excessive cancellations, or after a single no-show, a non-refundable $50 deposit applies. After a second no-show, no further services are provided.
