Hair work is booked as timed sessions that include everything in the price, with no separate gratuity. Services fall under two groupings. Craft Haircuts run from a quick 30 to 45 minute touch-up for existing clients up to a 2 hour session for new clients and larger changes. Custom Hair Color sessions run from 2 to 4 hours and are built around the client's hair length and density, combining root work, highlights, glazes, toning and a haircut. Prices are not set by age or gender. Each stylist sets an hourly rate based on their education, experience and demand.

Reiki, an energy healing practice, is offered at the studio. The studio states that Reiki does not diagnose or treat illness. It can be booked as a standalone service at $70 for 30 minutes or $120 for 60 minutes, or added to a hair appointment as a 30 minute session for $50, requested by text. For new clients, the studio suggests a series of three to four sessions within the first month. For general wellness and upkeep, it suggests one or two sessions a month, rising to weekly sessions during harder periods.

The salon describes itself as Carroll County's first certified sustainable hair salon. It is Green Circle certified and states that it recycles 98% of its salon waste.
