RefleKtions Esthetics works mainly on brows and lashes, with waxing and a small set of add-ons. Brow services include a wax-only clean brow and a longer soft brow service that combines brow lamination with a customized wax. Lash services are grouped into classic, light volume, volume and mega volume sets, with pricing that starts at different levels for each.

Lash appointments run long. Classic wet sets, light volume sets and light volume wet sets take up to 2.5 hours, while volume and mega volume sets take up to 2.75 hours. Lash services require a $20 retainer at booking, which is applied to the service total.

Brow and wax services are shorter. A clean brow wax takes about 30 minutes, and soft brows take about 1 hour 15 minutes. Underarm waxing takes about 30 minutes and lip waxing about 20 minutes. Clean brows, soft brows, underarm and lip waxing all require prepayment, and soft brows also takes a $20 non-refundable deposit that goes toward the balance.

Add-ons can be booked with a main service or on their own. Options include bottom lashes, a color add-on, a same-day or squeeze-in appointment and a glitter decal, and lash removal can also be booked by itself. The studio is open Monday, Thursday and Friday from 9:30 am to 7:00 pm, Tuesday and Wednesday until 8:00 pm, and Saturday from 11:00 am to 6:00 pm, and is closed on Sundays.
