The spa describes its setting as tranquil and upscale, away from the crowds. Guests can wait in a lounge with tea, bottled water and light refreshments, and there is an in-house aquarium. Guests do not need to be staying at the resort to book, and parking on the resort property is free in any available spot.

Services can be booked online or by phone, and walk-ins are welcome subject to availability; appointments are encouraged. Facials are customized to each client's skin needs, and therapists tailor each massage to the client. Spa amenities include a hot sauna, showers, locker rooms, a boutique and private rooms for couples massages. Several manicures and pedicures come with a complimentary mimosa. An automatic 20% gratuity is added to treatment prices and is shared among the staff who served the guest; additional tips are optional.

The Balancing Retreat is the spa's signature relaxation massage: a 50-minute massage followed by 30 minutes of reflexology. Two massage lines, Botanical Bliss Serenity Massage and Sunshine Orchard Massage, are offered as deep tissue, relaxation and hot stone treatments, with couples versions. Botanical Bliss is a body oil massage built on fresh greens, bergamot, lemon balm, juniper and hops extracts. Sunshine Orchard uses oils the spa describes as certified organic, with citrus and eucalyptus notes.

Facials use Hi-Bio hemp cleansers, plant-based exfoliants and products from the Three Milk line, including a Three Milk Ageless Moisturizer. Retail skincare is available for purchase after treatments. The spa is an authorized provider of OPI nail products and also uses Farmhouse Fresh, Kenra, Paul Mitchell and Olaplex products.

The Wellness Membership Program includes two days of monthly access to the sauna, showers, locker rooms and lounge, one free Morning Glow Illuminating Facial, Relaxation Massage, or Serenity Spa Manicure & Pedicure each month, 20% off other spa services and 10% off retail items. Packages such as Serenity Soak, Sail Away and The Ultimate Escape combine a hydrating bath with a massage, facial, body treatment or scalp massage, and couples versions are available. Orlando, Kissimmee and Winter Park residents receive 15% off most spa services with a valid ID or a promo code from their apartment community; Express services are excluded, and only one discount applies per customer.
