Much of the menu is built around heat, light and movement. Red light sessions include a 12-minute red light facial, a 20-minute anti-aging LED facial and a 20-minute blue light treatment that the business says addresses acne. Infrared sauna sessions run 30 to 45 minutes and offer six settings, including cardio, weight loss, relaxation, skin health and pain relief. Hot Steam Detox Therapy includes a 30-minute Redfusion steam capsule session that uses steam to moisturize the skin. Massage options include 20-minute hydro water massages and 15 to 30 minute zero gravity massage chair sessions. Euro Body Shaper uses vibration and massage with upper and lower body exercises, and hot yoga and pilates classes take place in an infrared heat environment.
On the tanning side, lay-down beds run 10-minute sessions and stand-up beds run 8-minute sessions, both with 200-watt bulbs. For a sunless option, HD Mystic spray tans take about 10 minutes in a heated private booth and use Norvell colors. Clients can add DHA, collagen, vitamins or hydration for a small fee. A custom airbrush tan takes 20 minutes and, according to the business, is performed by a certified master airbrush technician. Professional grade teeth whitening uses LED light, and the business says it lightens teeth by two to three shades in about 20 minutes.
