Chanel completed cosmetology school and began as an assistant at several private salons, learning from mentors before working as a stylist. She then worked at a chain hair salon, where she gained experience with every hair texture and developed a focus on cutting men's hair. After moving to Atlanta she stayed with the same chain and managed two of its locations for several years, before becoming the owner and operator of Reflections Atlanta.

Men can choose a regular cut, a high fade or a skin fade, along with clean face shaves, shape ups, beard and goatee trims and eyebrow waxing. Women can book a short or long cut, and kids' cuts are offered for boys and girls 15 and under, though fade styles are not included for children.

For color, there is a semi-permanent gloss that adds shine, helps protect color and reduces frizz, with results typically lasting about four to six weeks. Gray blending is a semi-permanent men's color that softens the contrast of gray or white hair, and permanent men's color is available after a consultation. A blow out with a round brush and a scalp treatment for dry scalp, which uses lemongrass oil and deep conditioner, round out the services. Appointments are booked online through Square.
