Each visit begins with a consultation with a licensed clinician, who reviews goals and medical history and designs a plan. Plans are built around labs and goals, and patients see a provider in person or online for the length of the plan, with follow-up visits as it changes. A consult is required before weight management treatment or any peptide prescription, and a short health screening is completed before every IV session.

Services fall into several areas: weight management, peptide therapy, hormone therapy, aesthetics and IV therapy. Aesthetics covers injectables and fillers, lasers and light therapy, and skin resurfacing and facials. Hormone therapy has separate programs for men and women. Telehealth is offered to patients across Tennessee, and nationwide telehealth packages are priced apart from Tennessee clinic cash-pay prices.
