Facials are tailored to each client's skin. First-time facial clients start with a consultation covering skin concerns, daily routine, medical conditions, lifestyle and goals. The Signature Skin Experience is the required first in-person facial for new clients and includes a skin analysis, a customized facial, LED therapy and home-care recommendations. Most clients are advised to book professional facials every four to six weeks, with timing based on skin condition and home care. Facials run from 60 to 90 minutes, and the Back Glow Treatment focuses on the back.
Waxing covers the face, arms, chest, stomach, back, underarms, bikini and Brazilian areas, with add-ons for the butt, inner thighs, happy trail and crystal decoration after a Brazilian. The Refined Glow Wax Package combines a Brazilian, an underarm wax and a Vajacial in one visit. Hair should be about the length of a grain of rice, usually two to three weeks of growth, and clients should not shave or trim beforehand. Waxing does not require a consultation.
Facial deposits are about 35 percent of the service price, rounded to the nearest $5, and are non-refundable; the remaining balance is due at the appointment. Virtual consultations are a separate 25-minute service for $45 and are not credited toward a facial. Clients must give at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Card and tap-to-pay are accepted, and Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000 with approval before the appointment.
Each facial is adjusted to the client's skin needs, with a consultation at the start of a first facial and follow-up timing guided by skin condition and home care.
