Brow services cover trimming, color, lightening, a tweeze-only clean-up, a tweeze and color combination, and lamination, with a color option added to lamination. Lash services include classic natural, volume and extreme volume extensions, fills and full sets, lash lifts with or without color, lower-lash color, and removals. Clients whose lashes were applied elsewhere can book a foreign fill, which requires at least half of the original set to still be in place; otherwise the visit is booked as a full set.
New clients can start with a free 15-minute consultation, either in the studio or by video call, to talk through which service suits them. For brows, a virtual consultation is also offered for personalized shape and styling recommendations. House calls are available for clients on set or at home.
To book, a valid credit or debit card is required, and a non-refundable deposit between $10 and $100, depending on the service, is charged at booking. Arrivals have a 15-minute grace period, after which the appointment may be rescheduled at the technician's discretion. Cancellations within two days are charged half the service total, and cancellations, no-shows or missed appointments within one day are charged the full total. For in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, Buy Now, Pay Later is available with approval required before the appointment.
