Cancellations and changes need at least 24 hours' notice, otherwise the booking fee is forfeited and a new one is required. Arriving more than 15 minutes late counts as a no-show, and late arrivals may receive a shorter appointment at full cost. Children, pets and extra guests are not permitted during appointments. Photos and videos are taken before and after services for insurance purposes and may be shared on social media for marketing. Clients are asked not to wear makeup or mascara to lash appointments, and to avoid caffeine and alcohol for 24 hours before and after brow and tattoo work. For brow appointments, clients should not pluck, wax or tint their brows beforehand and should limit sun exposure and tanning for a week before and after.

Payment is accepted by cash, card and digital methods. Pricing may change without notice, and the studio reserves the right to decline service. Refunds are not issued for services already performed.
