Dysport and Xeomin are Winchester services, and Juvederm, RHA, Skinvive, Kybella, Renuva, BBL, Moxi, NanoLaserPeel, MicroLaserPeel, Profractional Laser, Contour TRL, microneedling and medical-grade skincare are offered in Leesburg. Spider vein treatment is available at the Winchester location only and targets fine, superficial veins on the face or legs. Facial veins are usually treated with a laser and leg veins often with a sclerosing injection, closing the vein rather than removing it. The first visit includes a consultation where the provider examines the veins before deciding on treatment. Larger, bulging veins are referred to a vascular specialist rather than treated on site. Visits take about 15 to 30 minutes with little or no downtime. Results fade over days to weeks, some veins need a second visit, and new veins can form over time. The practice describes this work as a matter of precision more than artistry. The practice serves patients in Winchester, Front Royal, Stephens City, Berryville and the wider Shenandoah Valley, and in Leesburg, Ashburn, Purcellville, Middleburg and greater Northern Virginia.
