Refine Skin & Art is located in Suite 13 at 963 N. Gilbert Rd. in Gilbert, Arizona. Services are by appointment only, offered Tuesday through Friday from 9:00 am to 2:30 pm and Saturday from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm, with the studio closed on Sundays and Mondays.

The facial menu is built around customized sessions. The Signature Facial, formerly called the Glass Skin Treatment, is fully customized with facial massage and with modalities and ingredients selected for each client; it runs 1 hour 15 minutes for $145. The Deluxx Facial with DMK Treatment is a 2 hour 5 minute customized session built on DMK enzyme therapy and facial massage for $200, and it can be paired with add-ons including fractional plasma, nano needling, LED therapy, dermaplaning, high frequency, hydrofacial, nanomisting and microcurrent. Other facial options include an Introductory Facial for first-time clients or a quick reset ($110, 1 hour), a Teen Facial ($85, 45 minutes), a Lymphatic Facial Massage ($95), a Buccal Massage ($95), a Diamond Dermaplane Facial ($100), a Chemical Peel ($130), and a Back Treatment ($160).

Fibroblast plasma treatments cover the eyelids, forehead, face, neck, breast and stomach, with pricing by area for the stomach. Microneedling is offered in several forms, including a Liquid Microneedling session that uses spicules and includes a follow-up facial about two weeks later. Before a fibroblast treatment, clients are asked to avoid excessive sun exposure, Botox or fillers in the treated area, and blood thinners. Aftercare includes letting scabs fall off over 7 to 10 days, applying daily SPF to the area once scabs are gone, and allowing 8 to 12 weeks for full healing. Packages of three microneedling or Liquid Microneedling sessions and six DMK sessions are available and must be used within one year of purchase.

Tattoo work is handled by Mario Ramirez, also shown as 'Leche'. Small minimal-shading pieces about business-card size or smaller start at $100 for an hour. Half-day sessions of 4 to 6 hours start at $450, and full-day sessions of 8 to 10 hours start at $750, with full-detail work listed from $850 to $1,050; larger tattoos are quoted by inquiry. The studio also sells skincare products through an online shop and offers gift cards.

Treatments are fully customized to the client, and the business describes its DMK and facial treatments as results driven.
