A visit typically begins with a conversation about what the client wants. Sari then builds a plan for color, cuts, or both, and the client's products are chosen to fit that plan. Clients also receive personalized care tips at each visit and, for a fuller plan, a product selection and routine along with a blow-dry and style after the consult.

The menu is grouped into color, cuts, treatments and special services. Color covers balayage in partial and full versions, highlighting, reverse balayage and lowlights, toning, vivid color, a money piece, root touch-ups for grey coverage, and color correction, which starts with an in-person assessment and an estimate. Some corrections take more than one session.

Treatments include the Brazilian Blowout, a smoothing treatment that reduces frizz while keeping natural texture, a lighter Brazilian Blowout Express, and deep conditioning, which can be added to other services. Special services include blow-outs, braids worn in an updo or on their own, and event styling for weddings, bridal parties, proms, galas and photo sessions.
