RēFine Beauty is a full-service salon in O'Fallon, Missouri, founded by Shea Griessel and Brandi Patton-Stevens. The main location is at 854 Bryan Rd. A second site, Artist Row, operates from 4693 Highway K and houses a group of independent beauty professionals. Each of them runs a separate business under the RēFine Beauty brand umbrella and sets its own hours, menu, rates, reservations and policies.

The range of services is wide. Clients can book haircuts and styling, color such as balayage, highlights and gray camouflage, and several kinds of hair extensions. Barber services cover fades, designs, beard trims and head shaves. Lash extensions, lash lifts and tinting, brow work including microblading and henna brows, permanent makeup, waxing, facials, spray tanning and body sculpting are also offered. Hair restoration treatments for hair loss are available. Special occasion and wedding hair and makeup, including bridal beauty, is a core offering, along with one-on-one makeup lessons in which the artist builds a look and shows the client how to recreate it. Hair and makeup for prom, weddings and photoshoots is available in St. Louis, and on-location photoshoot work is offered with rates provided on request.

Consultations are complimentary, and the salon builds customized service plans, including dimensional color, extensions, transformations and several services in one visit. Pricing follows a level structure: newer stylists charge less, and stylists with more experience and education charge more. Clients with a set budget can share it, and the salon will try to plan within it. Prices are subject to change.

Reservations are held with a credit card or gift certificate. Changes or cancellations need 48 hours' notice to avoid a fee. Without that notice, the fee is 50% of the cancelled service price, and a no-show is charged in full. Late arrivals are billed for the full session, and spa packages and groups need the same 48-hour notice. Gratuities are not included in spa service prices, and tipping is optional, with 15 to 20% the stated industry standard. Services are guaranteed, and anything that is not right will be redone, tweaked or refined. Payment options include cash, major credit cards, Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, Cash App and salon gift cards, and Affirm payment plans are offered with no credit check or late fees.

The salon is open Monday through Thursday from 9am to 9pm, Friday and Saturday from 9am to 5pm, and closed Sunday. Both locations share the phone number 636-244-0599, and the general contact email is management@refinebeauty.com. Parking is available, and children are welcome when they are scheduled for a service or sitting quietly with supervision in the waiting area.

Each visit starts with a consultation, and service plans are shaped around the client's goals, including plans that combine several services in one appointment.
