The menu runs from a Classic Facial, a customized treatment focused on acne, texture, hyperpigmentation and self-care, to more specific options. The Kobidoo Japanese Facial Massage is a traditional Japanese facial massage that includes hand and arm massage. The Hydra-Collagen + Red Light Facial combines a collagen water serum, moisture-rich products, red light therapy and a relaxing massage. The Microderm Facial is a non-invasive exfoliation using fine crystals or a diamond-tip wand. Most facials run 55 minutes.

Brow and lash services include brow lamination, a semi-permanent treatment that sets brow hairs in place for about 4 to 8 weeks; the lash lift, a semi-permanent curl for natural lashes lasting 6 to 8 weeks; and lash tint, which uses black dye only and lasts up to 3 to 4 weeks. Waxing covers lip, brow, chin and cheek, and full face with eyebrows. Hand, scalp and red light add-ons take about 10 minutes each and can be added to a facial.

For regular clients, the business offers two packages and a monthly membership. The Lash & Brow Babe package combines a lash lift and tint with a brow wax and lamination. Full Maintenance pairs a classic facial with a lash lift and tint and a brow wax. The Monthly Glow membership includes a classic facial, a free red light, a hand or scalp massage and a birthday perk. Packages and memberships apply automatically when booking through the services page, and memberships are applied at in-store checkout.

Booking policies: a 30% fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment. Gift cards are offered in $25, $50, $75 and $100 amounts or a custom amount, and sales are final. The practice is open Monday through Saturday from 6 AM to 10 PM and Sunday from 6 AM to 12 PM.

Customized facials and targeted treatments are paired with self-care guidance, and the practice keeps up with new techniques and skincare developments.
