Walk-ins are taken based on availability, though booking ahead is suggested. A 30% security deposit applies to appointments, and cancellations need to be made more than an hour in advance. Guests arriving more than 10 minutes late have their appointments canceled and a $10 fee charged. A 20% gratuity is recommended, paid in cash or through Venmo, and most credit cards are accepted.
Reedchy uses premium professional products with gentle, low-toxicity formulas. Reusable tools are professionally sterilized, while files, buffers and other disposable items are used once only.
