Both locations are open daily from 9am to 9pm. The Fillmore location, at 2044 Fillmore Street on the second floor, has a Herbal Bar that serves herbal lattes, teas, matcha, and a caffeine-free coffee made from roasted dandelion and chicory root, with a menu that changes with the seasons. It also hosts sound bath meditation sessions, events, and classes. Interiors and product packaging use Oracle Bone Script characters. Guests are asked to silence their phones and keep their voices low in treatment areas, pets are not allowed, and there is no shower on site. Intake forms are emailed before the visit, and guests who have not completed them should arrive 10 minutes early. Acupuncture sessions run 50, 80, or 100 minutes and begin with a personalized health assessment. Sterile, very fine needles are placed on meridian points and typically stay in for about 20 to 25 minutes. Cupping or meridian gua sha may be added as time allows, and the 100-minute session includes both front and back acupuncture. Glow Acupuncture combines facial acupuncture with body acupuncture, and it is also offered with a mini signature facial. Acupuncture plus a short massage is available as a combination. Short 20-minute TCM Mini Services cover cupping, meridian gua sha, and sound resonance healing. The site says acupuncture can help with sleep issues, migraine, stress and anxiety, and digestive issues.

The facial menu includes a signature facial, a lymphatic gua sha facial, Hydrafacial, nano needling, diamond dermabrasion, several peel facials, and radio frequency lifting. Trio Brilliance and Duo Radiance combine two or three treatments chosen after a skin analysis. Facials include herbal masks: a brightening mask, an anti-aging mask based on Ba Zhen Tang, and a hydrating mask based on Tao Hong Si Wu Tang. Massage menus cover Tui Na, hot stone, prenatal, cranio-sacral, Rolfing, foot reflexology, reiki massage, migraine and TMJ therapy, and customized deep tissue, Swedish, sports, and stretch work. Modern wellness options at Fillmore and Union include LED light therapy, PEMF frequency therapy, and the Somadome sound pod.

Membership comes in Water, Earth, and Fire tiers, which include service discounts and retail discounts and are charged on the 1st and 15th of the month. The first six months are non-cancellable and non-refundable, and unused fees are banked as account credit usable at any location. Payment is taken by card after service is delivered, with a credit card needed to hold an appointment. Late cancellations and no-shows within 24 hours incur a charge of the full reserved value. Superbills for acupuncture, and for massage with select practitioners, are available for insurance submission.
