According to the salon, its color range is broad, with more than 700 regular polish shades, over 1,000 gel polish shades and over 500 dip powder shades. OPI is one of the polish brands it carries. Past solid color, clients can choose mood-changing, organic and matte top finishes; cat eye, chrome, chameleon flake, moon style, mermaid and platinum polish; white French tip; or custom nail designs.

The pedicure menu runs from a basic service of about 30 minutes up to a 5-step volcanic spa pedicure of about 50 minutes. The spa options use a range of treatments: sea-salt and sugar scrubs, marine and mud mask wraps, hot towel treatments, milk and honey, and foot oil or lotion massage. Scents offered include lavender, pomegranate, orange, olive, cucumber, green tea and cappuccino. Manicures include removal of old polish, trimming and shaping, cuticle cleanup, a light hand massage and polish application, and pedicures follow the same steps with a foot massage.

Hygiene is a stated focus. Nail files and buffers are single-use, and pedicures also use single-use toe separators and pedicure tub liners. Artificial nail refills are recommended every two to three weeks.

The salon does not offer waxing or eyebrow shaping. Gift certificates are sold in store, and gift cards can be bought in person, by email or by phone.
