New patients begin with a consultation of about 90 minutes, held in person or by video from home. The licensed provider reviews health history, weight loss goals and day-to-day lifestyle before any program is prescribed. A $55 new patient fee covers that visit and is applied to the program cost if you start one. Lab work is required before beginning a program, and prescription treatments need a consultation and a valid prescription from a licensed healthcare provider. Red Mountain offers three weight loss routes. GLP Elite combines a diet plan with weight loss medications, which are billed separately, plus monthly one-on-one sessions with the Clinical Team and lifetime maintenance support. RM3 pairs a tailored diet plan and its own medication with support aimed at longer-lasting results. DirectMed is an auto-ship service that sends weight loss medication to clients' homes every month. Women's health care includes systemic and local hormone therapy, bio-identical hormone therapy (BHRT) and sexual vitality treatments. Visits can be held by video, and a pharmacy ships prescribed medications directly to the patient. Men's health care covers testosterone therapy with Real Testosterone or enclomiphene, erectile dysfunction treatment, hair loss prevention with HairGrowRx, and medical weight loss. Men's health programs are not covered by insurance, and a free consultation is offered virtually.

Med spa services are offered at the Gilbert, La Cholla, Mesa and Scottsdale locations. Body contouring includes CoolSculpting, which the business describes as a non-surgical fat reduction treatment for small areas of stubborn fat rather than a weight loss treatment; the business says it reduces fat cells in treated areas by 20-25%.
