The facial menu runs from a 30-minute express option to a 90-minute Recoupia Signature Holistic Facial. Other choices include a Teen Calm & Clarity Facial for clients under 18 (a parent or guardian completes the intake and consent form), a Recoupia Signature Men's Facial, a dermaplane facial with cooling globes, a deep cleansing back treatment, and an extraction facial for acne. The 80-minute Environ Anti-Aging Facial uses growth factor-inspired and vitamin-enriched formulations, and the studio states that Environ was developed by a plastic and reconstructive surgeon. Facial enhancements such as LED therapy, nano infusion, gua sha, eye and lip refresh, neck and decolletage masks, scalp massage, and a warm stone arm and hand treatment are also offered.

Body treatments include Neveskin body sculpting for areas such as the abdomen, thighs, arms, and hips. The studio describes it as a non-invasive contouring treatment that alternates cold and heat through a temperature-controlled massage wand, with sessions of about 30 to 60 minutes and complimentary consultations. It also states that the treatment helps reduce targeted fat cells in treated areas. Manual body and face lymphatic drainage treatments run 60 minutes, with the body version including body brushing to exfoliate dry skin. Infrared sauna sessions last 15 to 30 minutes, and microneedling begins with a personalized skin assessment and consultation.

Memberships are the Recoupia Skin Club at $99 per month, the Recoupia Deep Reset at $169 per month, and the Recoupia Holistic Club at $185 per month, each with a three-month minimum commitment. The studio calls the Holistic Club its best membership; it includes a monthly 90-minute Signature Holistic Facial, 20% off sauna sessions, and 10% off facial enhancements. Facials, microneedling, Neveskin treatments, lymphatic drainage, and infrared sauna can also be booked one at a time through Vagaro without joining a program.

Nature's GLP-1 is a 12-week nutrition and lifestyle education program with ongoing guidance and studio treatments. The Core Reset costs $1,135 paid in full or $1,195 in three payments, and the Full Reset costs $1,420 paid in full or $1,495 in three payments. Both include three consultations with Cheri Soraparu and three Fit3D body scans completed at the Lynnwood studio. The Full Reset adds three monthly studio treatments, each paired with a red-light sauna session. The studio states the program is not a prescription medication or a substitute for medical care, that clients should not change or stop prescribed medication because of it, and that individual results vary.
