Visits are not rushed, and patients are not given the same protocol by default; the full picture is reviewed before a plan is made.

The clinic has five locations. SE Ocala is at 47 SW 17th Street, Suite A, Ocala, and takes after-hours appointments and walk-ins; its hours run Monday through Saturday with a shorter Saturday morning. NW Ocala (6998 US 27, Unit 104), SW Ocala (9121 SW HWY 200, Suite 1) and Lady Lake (809 County Road 466, Suite 303) are open weekdays from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm and welcome walk-ins. The Clermont location (Lost Lake Professional Village, 3175 Citrus Tower Blvd, Bldg 3, Suite B) is open Monday and Wednesday through Friday, offers telehealth only on Tuesdays and is closed on weekends. The main phone number for all locations is 352-512-9996. Not every service is offered at every location, and certain lasers, procedures and specialized treatments are limited to select clinics. A separate compounding pharmacy is at 47 SW 17th Street, Suite B, Ocala, phone 352-364-4480.

Clinic care is primarily self-pay, and pricing is discussed before treatment. Insurance coverage and reimbursement vary, and patients can request documentation to submit to their insurer. Complimentary consultations are offered for many services; some evaluations, provider visits, lab work or procedures may carry a fee, which is explained before scheduling. Direct Primary Care is pay-as-you-use with no monthly membership fee, while a separate concierge membership adds frequent provider access, monthly billing and after-hours availability. Lab work can be drawn in-house, or patients can take a lab slip to a lab of their choice, and at-home lab kits are available. Labs are required before hormone replacement therapy but not before vitamin shots or IV infusions.

Weight loss is the clinic's best-known service. It describes itself as known for its weight loss programs and as the number one weight loss clinic in Ocala, and as Central Florida's most trusted weight loss clinic; these are the clinic's own claims. Programs include personalized nutrition guidance, lifestyle coaching, weekly or monthly accountability, weight tracking, and hormone and metabolic evaluation when needed. Prescription options such as GLP medications, phentermine and phendimetrazine may be considered for qualified patients when medically appropriate. Many programs can be completed by phone or telehealth, though some steps may need an in-person visit or screening. A free weight loss consultation is offered, along with weight loss packages and a Super Fat Burner injection that combines B12 with a vitamin blend.

Aesthetic services cover injectables such as Botox, Dysport, dermal fillers, Sculptra and PRF bio-filler, and mini and maxi labial puff, along with laser treatments, chemical peels, microneedling, facials and PRP and PRF therapy. The clinic also offers day or weekend one-on-one medical training for licensed clinicians in IV vitamin therapy, hormone therapy, aesthetics, PRP and weight loss, and shot specials run on set weekdays, with the NAD+ Shot on Mondays, the KETO Shot on Wednesdays and the Fitness Freak Shot on Fridays.

The clinic does not rush appointments or apply one protocol to every patient, and reviews symptoms and detailed lab results rather than only whether values fall within a standard range before making a plan. Hormone therapy is individualized, with ongoing monitoring and lab follow-up.
