A first visit begins with a free consultation, and no treatment is recommended before an in-person assessment. Every patient completes a full clinical intake and baseline assessment before anything is done. Unit counts and syringe numbers are given at the consultation, before any treatment begins. Botox is priced per unit, depending on the area and muscle mass, and fillers are priced per syringe rather than by package. The Vampire Facial is commonly a series of three treatments about four weeks apart, followed by maintenance once or twice a year, with redness typically lasting 24 to 48 hours afterward. Endolūx results develop over three to six months as new collagen forms.

Treatments are carried out by a nurse practitioner under physician supervision, with conservative dosing and an aim of facial harmony that refines rather than changes a face.
