Services include GelX enhancements, structured builder gel manicures, spa pedicures, custom nail art, paraffin treatments, clay masks and hot stone massages.

The salon describes its services as personalized, with artistry, cleanliness, comfort and care at the center of each visit. Clients are asked to arrive with bare nails whenever possible. Pricing is discussed and confirmed before a service begins, and any change that would alter the price is reviewed with the client first. Detailed or time-intensive nail art may need extra appointment time or charges, which are discussed beforehand. Inspiration photos are welcome, though an exact replica of a design cannot be guaranteed.

Booking involves a few steps. Each service requires a $10 deposit, applied toward the service on the appointment day, and reserving an appointment carries a $10 booking fee. Online requests must be made at least 24 hours ahead and stay pending until Amber approves them personally, so submitting one does not guarantee a slot. Cancelling 24 or more hours ahead returns the booking fee in full, while later cancellations forfeit it. Walk-ins are not accepted.

The studio provides cosmetic nail services only and does not diagnose or treat medical nail or skin conditions. It works with gel-based products and PolyGel, and does not offer acrylic nails or traditional lacquer polish. It generally does not remove or fill enhancements applied by another salon or technician. Lifting or chipping can be reported with a photo, though damage from accidents, picking, biting or normal wear may require a paid repair. Unattended children are not permitted, and pets are not allowed except qualifying service animals. Gift cards are available, with a balance check.

The studio focuses on personalized cosmetic nail work, with an emphasis on artistry, cleanliness and comfort. Every appointment request is reviewed and approved personally by the owner.
