If a future service or a same-day product purchase is not booked, a $35 charge applies. Facials range from the Standard Custom Facial, which takes 50 or more minutes, to the Enhanced Custom Facial, the Sothys Luxury European Facial, and the La Secret Rose Stem Cell Facial. Extractions cannot be booked alone and must be added to a facial.

Peel and resurfacing options include the BioRePeel chemical peel, Dermablading, the ProCell MicroChanneling Treatment, and a combined ProCell and BioRePeel session. Several of these are sold as packages. A BioRePeel series of four treatments is recommended once every 7 to 10 days, and a consultation is required before starting one. Cysts and nodules are treated only by MDs, and skin evaluated at Grade III acne or higher may be referred to an MD.

Beyond the core menu, the studio provides body polishing, a restorative back treatment, a selection of waxing options, and brow and lash tinting. Clients are allowed one cancellation with at least 48 hours' notice without a fee. Any later cancellation incurs a fee of half the service price, and a cancellation made inside the 24-hour window is billed at the full service price. Opening hours are 9 AM to 7 PM on Tuesdays and Fridays, 10 AM to 7 PM on Wednesdays and Thursdays, and the studio is closed on Mondays, Saturdays and Sundays. Every client's skin is assessed before any treatment begins. Anyone with acne at Grade III or higher may be directed to a physician for further care.
