Before a full set, clients upload a clear photo of their eyes looking straight ahead, taken without makeup, during online checkout. That lets the map be planned ahead of the appointment.
Existing custom maps can be maintained with a fill, which cleans, preps and restores the current set. Fills need at least 40% of the client's extensions still in place. A removal service takes off existing extensions using professional cream or gel remover, and a shorter touch-up is available within a week of a full set or fill.
The business also teaches. A private one-on-one beginner lash training masterclass runs seven hours and is booked after an initial direct message exchange.
Each lash set is custom-mapped from scratch to the client's eye shape and features rather than applied from a standard template.
