The studio describes its work as a blend of Los Angeles beauty and individual artistry. Services cover full extension sets, refills for extensions already in place, removal, and lifts with an optional tint.

Extension sets come in Classic, Hybrid, Volume or Mega Volume styles. A full set costs $130 and takes about four hours. The Fill, for existing extensions, costs $105 and needs at least half of the current extensions still intact and a booking within three weeks of the last full set or fill; otherwise it is priced as a full set. The Reset, for clients whose extensions were placed by another artist, costs $125, takes about 250 minutes, and has the same intact-extension and three-week requirements. The Refresh removes existing extensions for $35 in about an hour.

Lash lifts are Korean lifts that curl natural lashes from the base and last six to eight weeks. The Lift costs $105 and takes about 100 minutes. The Elevate adds a dark tint for $125 in about 130 minutes.

Clients can send photos or bring inspiration pictures ahead of the consultation. A $25 deposit is needed to book, paid by Venmo, CashApp or Zelle, and appointments are not confirmed until it arrives. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Policies and consent forms are sent by email and should be completed before the visit.

Arriving 20 minutes late cancels the appointment and counts as a no-show. A no-show or cancellation within 48 hours incurs a 50% service fee and forfeits the deposit, and rescheduling then requires the full service fee. Hours are Monday and Thursday 4:30 PM to midnight, Wednesday and Friday 5 PM to midnight, Sunday 7 AM to midnight, with Tuesday and Saturday closed.
