About

Ready Set Glow Esthetics is a Minneapolis skin care practice run by Danielle, its founder and a licensed advanced practice esthetician. The studio is in Suite 107 on Central Avenue NE and offers three groups of service: corrective treatments, facials and lash lifts.

The corrective menu starts with Celluma LED therapy, which uses wavelengths of light to support the skin's own repair process. The business describes it as useful for cell regeneration, hyperpigmentation, acne and rosacea, and it can be added to most services. Chemical peels come in two types. Custom complex gel peels are a gentler, surface-level exfoliation with little to no flaking and no downtime, and they can be done year-round. Ethanol-based peels, the Mandeliclear Deep Peel and the BHA Dermafrost Peel, are offered only from September through March and cause heavier flaking. Peels are applied one layer at a time, and clients go home with a home care kit.

The facial menu includes dermaplaning, which uses a surgical blade to remove the outer layer of dead skin, debris and fine vellus hair with no downtime. The hydrofacial combines cleansing, exfoliation, extractions, hydration and antioxidant protection, with serums infused into the skin. Microdermabrasion is a mechanical, non-invasive exfoliation of the outer layer of dead skin cells. Microneedling, also called collagen induction therapy, creates a controlled wound response meant to stimulate collagen and elastin; the business describes it as helpful for fine lines, wrinkles, acne scars and overall skin texture. The Platinum Glow is a multi-step facial that combines dermaplaning, a Circadia lactic peel, facial cupping for lymphatic drainage and a Firming Peptide mask.

Booking details are set out clearly. A 30% cancellation fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment. Clients have a 10-minute grace period, and arriving later may lead to cancellation. Appointments need to be confirmed within 24 hours of the scheduled time. No deposit is taken, but a card must be kept on file to hold a booking. Card and cash are accepted, with a 2.5% convenience fee on card payments. Consent and intake forms should be completed before a service, and anyone who is sick or has symptoms is asked not to book. Retail products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Treatments are planned around realistic, purposeful goals for each client's skin, with customized plans and home care routines fitted to the individual.

The treatment room is described as a relaxing, peaceful space where clients leave feeling relaxed, renewed and refreshed.
